Personal Profile
I grew up in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, when it was still felt like a small town, alongside my parents and younger sister. I value connection, family, and community. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, spending time with friends, baking with my grandma, traveling, and relaxing at home with my husband and two cats.
I recently started my own practice, Nova Therapy LLC, where I support clients in their personal growth.
